The structure is often an underrated and neglected component of a successful physical transformation. A "routine" exercise/diet is often referred to, but I think the structure of the term carries more weight and meaning than the frequently used "R" word.
Routines are simply a set of habitual tasks, whereas structure, as the word is defined, means "the way something is created and exists". To get more details about the body transformation challenge, you may check it here.

So how does one actually come up with an effective physical transformation plan? The good news is it's not that hard, you just need to take the time to think things through, research topics you know little about, and most importantly, have a strong belief in what you're doing.
Here are the steps:
1. Set your goal / set the scene
You must determine how you want to transform your body. The benefit of setting goals is that you can track progress. It lets you know if you're on the right track and provides valuable data to help you make adjustments along the way.
2. Choose your time frame
This is an important consideration to do. Many people have an "I want it now" mentality that often leads to addiction to "trend" diets and TV commercials. In reality, physical transformation is a very slow process and one has to be very patient.
